What age group is this pillow designed for?

The Lumov Kids’ Pillow is designed for children aged 5-12 years, with a low height and gentle contour made with smaller shoulders in mind. It is not intended for babies or toddlers.

Why does my child need a different pillow from mine?

Children have smaller shoulders, so an adult pillow may hold their head too high. A child’s pillow needs more than a smaller length and width, its height, shape and firmness matter too.

Why not just use a thinner pillow?

Height is only one part of the fit. The pillow’s shape, firmness and how much it compresses under your child’s head also matter. This pillow combines a low height with contoured memory foam to cushion and support their head and neck.

What are the dimensions?

The pillow measures 20.5 × 11.5 × 2.5 inches - approximately 52 × 29 × 6.35 cm - before compression.

What is the pillow made of?

It has a moulded memory foam core, an inner antimicrobial fabric cover and a soft, breathable outer cover. The outer cover is removable for easy cleaning.

Is it soft or firm?

It has a soft, contouring feel with underlying support. Unlike a fluffy fibre pillow, memory foam gently moulds under your child’s head and gradually returns to its shape when pressure is removed.

How does it support my child’s head and neck?

The low profile and gentle contour provide a resting surface for their head and neck, while the memory foam responds to pressure to cushion them.

Is the pillow washable?

The outer cover is machine-washable on a gentle cycle. The memory foam core should not be washed or soaked. Follow the care label for drying and cleaning instructions.

How long will my child take to adjust to a new pillow?
