Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

A cancellation fee of 10% may be deducted towards payment gateway and transaction charges.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
Returns & Replacements
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
At Lumov, every order goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch. While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping, rare instances of transit damage or order issues may occur.
If you receive:

a damaged product,
-
a manufacturing defect,
-
a tampered package,
-
or an incorrect/missing item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@acontor.in with:
-
photos/videos of the outer packaging and product,
-
the shipping label on the box,
-
and the invoice slip included inside the package.
Once verified, we will assist you with either:
-
a replacement, or
-
a refund to the original payment method.
Eligible Cases for Replacement/Refund
Claims may be considered in cases such as:
-
damaged outer packaging due to transit,
-
opened or tampered product seal,
-
broken product components,
-
defective or non-functional product,
-
incorrect item delivered,
-
or missing items from the order.
Returns
Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been delivered in good condition and without any defects or damages.
Products will not be eligible for return or replacement if:

the product has been used,
-
the product has been physically damaged after delivery,
-
the packaging, seal, or tags have been tampered with,
-
or the issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
All returned products are subject to inspection and verification by our team before approval of any replacement or refund.
Refunds
If your claim is approved after inspection:

A replacement product will be shipped (subject to availability), or
-
The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
If the claim does not meet our eligibility criteria, the return/replacement request may be declined.
